A Montreal man is still pushing for answers after, he says, the wrong item was delivered to his home after an online purchase. He says the merchant still refuses to rectify the issue even after he provided proof of the error. As Phil Carpenter reports, he says he’s spent hours on the phone trying to get an answer, but to no avail.
