Quebec's three English-language universities are maintaining their opposition to the government’s plan to double tuition for out-of-province students. They say the government should see their institutions as allies who are ready and willing to help graduate bilingual workers who will stay in Quebec and help build the province’s economy. On Monday, the principals of McGill, Concordia and Bishop’s met with the premier in Montreal to present an offer they hope he won't refuse. Global's Gloria Henriquez reports.
