Ontario lowering age of eligibility for breast screening program from 50 to 40

The province has announced it will lower the age of eligibility for the Ontario Breast Screening Program from 50 to 40. That means more people will be able to get access to publicly funded mammograms without a referral. Germain Ma looks into the impact.
