A fire that began in an RV on Vancouver Island Monday evening appears to have been fatal. The BC Coroners Service was on scene in Oyster River, about a 20-minute drive north of Courtenay. Flames spread from the fifth-wheel trailer to adjoining structures — including a wood shop and a shed.
