India’s high commission in Canada announced on Tuesday the country’s officials will resume processing visa applications in Ottawa and at consulates in Toronto and Vancouver. The decision came a month after New Delhi suspended the services in Canada and for Canadian citizens worldwide in the wake of accusations by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that India played a role in the murder of B.C. Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
