Chinatown merchants and residents are mobilizing once again, this time to get a sports and recreation centre at the space formerly occupied by the YMCA. With the temporary homeless shelter in the building set to close next week, community members say they don't want to miss the opportunity to bring the building and the location back to life. But as Phil Carpenter reports, their dream is still far from reality.
