Quebec would not only survive as its own country, it would become one of the wealthiest in the world. That’s according to a hypothetical budget released by the Parti Québécois on Monday. It uses the province’s current financial situation to project what the province’s budget could look like if it were to separate from Canada in three years. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
