The Quebec Liberal Party is looking to rebuild and has published a 75-page booklet outlining its plan. The party, however, is still without a leader and has had trouble connecting with voters outside of Greater Montreal. As Tim Sargeant reports, lots of challenges lie ahead before the next general election.
