The $2-billion Key Access Pipeline System (KAPS pipeline) is expected to transport as much 350,000 barrels per day of natural gas liquids and condensate. The 575-kilometre Keyera Corp. pipeline will transport products from northwestern Alberta to Fort Saskatchewan. Slav Kornik reports.
