Quebec Premier François Legault is still reeling over the results of a byelection in the Quebec City area Monday night. The CAQ government lost its seat in the Jean-Talon riding to the Parti-Québecois. The results now have the premier reconsidering his decision to cancel a controversial highway tunnel project.
