A Nanaimo, B.C., couple who said they were evicted from their home last month has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support they've received.

On Wednesday night, Sharon Kowalchuk said her Nanaimo landlord cut the power to her rental space, meaning it was freezing and she was unable to fill her oxygen tank.
