South Saskatchewan is bracing for a blizzard. Environment Canada says around 20 centimetres of snow is expected to fall starting Friday evening and continuing into Saturday.

SaskPower has added extra resources such as crews and equipment to restore power in Maple Creek and areas where a snowstorm knocked down power lines earlier this week.
