With the cost of food becoming more unaffordable, and income lagging behind inflation, community advocates and experts are concerned about vulnerable Canadians.

Bank of Canada says inflation is expected to average around 8% for the next few months, then fall to around 3% by the end of 2023 and to the 2% target in 2024.
