Joe Garcia died at home Thursday morning, according to the family of Grade 4 teacher Irma Garcia, who was among the 21 people killed in Tuesday's massacre in Uvalde, Texas.

At least 21 people were killed on Tuesday when a gunman opened fire in an elementary school, killing 19 children and two teachers, details of whom are beginning to be released.
