The NDP has finally released its business case for an eight-lane tunnel to replace the current crossing on the south arm of the Fraser River, but key sections have been redacted.

B.C.'s Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure said an independent technical review will be done on the George Massey Tunnel replacement.
