The B.C. Prosecution Service will not tell the public why the decision was made to stay the assault charges against two of the firefighters.

Firefighters Richard Morris and Gregory Ferraby, along with Wesley Parsons, face one count of assault each. The alleged 2023 attack took place while they were off duty.
