Emergency crews were called to a house on Skinner Avenue, near Bayview Avenue and Mulock Drive, at around 3:25 a.m. Wednesday.

'The competition for control of the towing market has resulted in murders, attempted murders, assaults, arsons, threats and property damage,' police said.
