Despite the new initiative, a traffic safety advocate is questioning the number of Toronto police officers being dedicated to the specialized enforcement team.

The collision happened near Barkwood Crescent and Cliffwood Road, west of Don Mills Road and north of McNicoll Avenue, Tuesday afternoon.
