An Etobicoke, Ont. pub has reopened two days ahead of a planned easing of restrictions to protest the cycle of opening and closing mandated by the province.

With Ontario possibly announcing what is widely expected to be another lockdown, small business owners in Toronto are filled with dread for what the additional restrictions will bring amid the coronavirus second wave.

Indoor dining, meeting and event spaces and gaming establishments will remain closed.
