Toronto rapper Top5 is facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with a fatal shooting in January 2021. He was arrested in California and brought back Thursday.

The accused was previously charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the shooting death of 20-year-old Hashim Omar Hashi.
