North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has vowed to shut down the country’s nuclear test site in May and open the process to experts and journalists from South Korea and the United States, Seoul’s presidential office said Sunday.

Some lawmakers in New England want to secede from the Eastern Time Zone and join the Atlantic Time Zone with Nova Scotia and Puerto Rico.

North Korea says it will establish its own time zone next week by pulling back its current standard time by 30 minutes.
