Getting magic mushrooms for recreational use is getting easier, but those needing exemptions for therapy have received 'radio silence' from Health Canada.

Thomas Hartle received an exemption from the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act last August to use psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, during psychotherapy.
