The Muttart Foundation says the government's inquiry into so-called anti-Alberta activities is creating a "climate of fear" by suggesting there is a price to be paid for disagreeing with the government.

A graffiti open house was held Saturday at the Stanley A. Milner Library to give Edmontonians a chance to say a final farewell to the building before it undergoes a massive renovation.
