Facebook has activated its “Safety Check” feature for users in Barcelona to let friends and family know they are OK after a terror attack in a popular area of the city.

Two brothers have been arrested in Belgium on suspicion of plotting a terrorist attack, the Federal Prosecutor's Office announced Saturday.
