Manitoba's television and film industry is gearing up for a busy summer season after being halted for nearly three months due to COVID-19.

Once a place where people were keen to get out, it’s now becoming a popular place to get in. Kingston is planning another season of public tours at Kingston Penitentiary, the city’s notorious former prison, in 2020.
