Singh declared that he accepts the findings of the Canadian inquiry into the Air India bombing and condemns all that were behind the horror that killed more than 300 people.

Singh defended his response when asked if he would condemn Sikhs who glorify Talwinder Singh Parmar, widely regarded as the mastermind of the 1985 Air India bombing.
