U.S. banking regulators were forced on Friday to urgently close Silicon Valley Bank after billions of dollars were withdrawn by fearful depositors.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said "we're not going to do that again" when asked if the government would bailout collapsed Silicon Valley Bank.
