Sunday's snowfall that hit the Lower Mainland led to a scary incident for first responders in Surrey. A civilian and a first responder had to go to the hospital.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Sunday night in Surrey's Fleetwood neighbourhood. No word if speed or alcohol are factors but the driver is cooperating with police.
