Katie Holmes said in a new interview her split from Tom Cruise is behind her and she is ready to fall in love again.

Cruise sued the publisher of two celebrity weeklies in October 2012, and his lawyer Bert Fields attacked the notion that the actor had deserted his daughter as a "vicious lie."
