A father-son duo of Scottish Montrealers are arranging pop-up bagpipe performances around the city to raise spirits during the coronavirus pandemic.

This week on Focus Montreal, Andy Nulman, co-founder of Just for Laughs, discusses joining a rival festival, the St. Andrew's Society is hosting its annual ball while also celebrating 182 years of Scottish heritage in Montreal and hear from best-selling author Louise Penny.

The St. Andrew’s Society held its third annual Great Canadian Kilt Skate at the Old Port Saturday.
