Ottawa has earmarked cash to train and upskill around 340 aerospace workers in southern Ontario to aid small and medium enterprises in the sector.

Premier Stephen McNeil announced the creation of an inspection navigator service whose focus will be guiding entrepreneurs through the startup process.
