Shubham Joshi pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing bodily harm, failing to remain at the scene of an accident, and possession of stolen property in the 2022 incident.

Police said that the suspect initially fled the scene but was later arrested near Wellesley and Sherbourne streets. His vehicle was later located at Jarvis Street.
