Strathcona County RCMP said Matthew Benjamin Flanagan has been charged with intentionally or recklessly causing damage by fire and mischief over $5,000.

Strathcona County RCMP said an arrest was made at about 9:45 a.m. and the person remained in custody but no charges had been laid as of Saturday afternoon.
