After Turbo Haus venue moved into Montreal's lively Quartier des Spectacles district and spent thousands on soundproofing, a warning from the city to reduce noise came as a shock.

Montreal bars, concert venues and restaurants will now only be able to allow in customers at 50 per cent capacity. They fear the impact Omicron will have on their businesses.
