Municipalities that haven't been affected by flooding will pitch in to help with cleanup efforts.

A vigil in memory of Cedrika Provencher will be held Saturday afternoon in Trois-Rivières' Chapais Park, where the little girl was seen for the last time on July 31, 2007.
