Quebec's automobile insurance board launched a new online platform — but it still isn't fully functional and customers have had to line up for hours to be served at outlets.

The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) has suspended multiple services from Jan. 26 until late February, as it undergoes an extensive digital transformation.
