Three days after a worker was pinned by a piece of equipment and died at pipeline work site in west Edmonton, the Canada Energy Regulator has issued a number of directives to Trans Mountain Corp.

Husband and father Samatar Sahal, 40, was killed while working at a Trans Mountain pipeline site in west Edmonton on Tuesday.
