Rich Alberta, 55, suffered a traumatic brain injury after being shot on March 12 at a Pizza Hut where he was working. His family says his health has taken a turn for the worse.

'While Rich was at our local Pizza Hut helping out with delivering, a young male came into the Pizza Hut and shot Rich in the head in a random act of violence.'
