Kory has Cystic Fibrosis and him and his wife Renee came to Toronto from their home in Kelowna, B.C., last January in the hopes of receiving a transplant faster, due to the better wait times in the city.

When Kory and Renee Bradshaw lost their home in a fire June 20, they found out from his hospital room in Toronto where he had been waiting for a double lung transplant.
