Due to inflation and the COVID-19 pandemic, the buying power of food banks has decreased and so has the budget of donors. Leaving Saskatchewan families to make difficult decisions.

The number of Canadians using food banks has fallen off slightly but still remains near record highs almost four years after the end of the economic recession.
