China seems to be continuing its practice of "buzzing" Western aircraft as a new incident with a U.S. plane has come to light over the South China Sea in international airspace.

A Russian fighter jet performed an ‘unsafe’ barrel roll within 25 feet of U.S. Air Force aircraft over the Baltic Sea in international airspace of Friday, according to the Pentagon.
