Raymond is home to Canada’s first stampede, dating all the way back to 1903. It's been held in the same location since the beginning, but 2023 will be the site's last rodeo.

Hundreds of fans cheered loudly as professional rodeo returned to the Raymond Stampede Canada Day weekend after a 43-year absence.

The town of raymond is celebrating the 111th anniversary of the town's annual Stampede. It's one of Canada's oldest rodeos deeply rooted with tradition, with little having changed through over a century of celebrations.
