European automaker Volkswagen said Monday that the Railway City will be home to its first-ever "gigafactory” for battery cell manufacturing in North America.

The event, the Track to the Future Mural Festival, runs Saturday and will feature art exhibits, live entertainment, and food and drink vendors at locations across the city.
