A royal source said Prince Andrew would no longer use the title 'His Royal Highness’ in any official capacity.

Stressing that he wasn't ruling on the truth of the allegations, U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan rejected an argument by Andrew's lawyers that the lawsuit should be thrown out.
