Last year, Calgarians pledged $290,000 for programs supporting children in need, a need that has continued in the second year of the pandemic.

The CKNW Kids’ Fund raised over $1.5 million during its annual pledge day radiothon Tuesday. The money will support children facing physical, mental, and social challenges.
