Part of an Ottawa light-rail transit vehicle overheated and contributed to the train's derailment on Aug. 8, according to a new Transportation Safety Board report.

Rideau Transit Maintenance found 10 train cars out of 39 have issues with their axle bearings — the same type of fault that derailed a train last week.
