Individuals could be fined up to $500 each day, or up to $1,000 a day for subsequent offences. Corporations could be fined up to $5,000 a day, or up to $10,000 a day for subsequent offences.

The sticker, which was revealed Thursday morning, is being offered to gas stations across the province. The Green Party version mocks the Ford government’s stickers, which were designed to attack the federal carbon tax.

The Conservatives say they will introduce legislation that would require stickers to be put on gas pumps saying the tax will add more than 11 cents per litre to the price of gas by 2022.
