The victim had made an offer on a smart phone being sold online and showed up, as directed, to an address on Tellier Street for the final purchase at 7 p.m.

For the first time, members of the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT) have made an arrest based on suspected online drug sales.
