Environment Canada has issued freezing rain warnings for much of Nova Scotia and southwestern New Brunswick starting in many areas Wednesday night and into early Thursday morning.

Freezing rain warnings have been issued this weekend for most of Nova Scotia, except for eastern Cape Breton Island where rainfall warnings were issued instead.
