Investigators say a woman in Lincoln, Ont., reported an incident involving a man she met through a dating app.

Police say Constable Matthew Belzil, an 11 year veteran of the force, was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of assault, two of uttering threats, two of mischief and one count of sexual assault.
